Delivery is made to the address defined by the buyer upon execution of the order
exclusively in the area of R.S. Macedonia.
Delivery is free, regardless of the amount of the order, and the download can be
performed exclusively by the buyer.
The delivery of orders will be done through the delivery company – Eco Logistics Service.
Eco Logistics Service for this type of delivery, has the obligation to contact the buyer to
agree on the exact delivery time within 2-4 working days after the online order is placed.
If the supplier – Eco Logistics Service for this type of delivery fails to find the buyer
or the specified person for receiving the order at the specified delivery address, will be left
written information to the sender of the attempted delivery and contact information, where
that the buyer is obliged to call within 2 working days in order to renegotiate
term for delivery of the order to the address of the buyer.
If the buyer does not call within the extended period of 2 days, Mateos Little Tings DOOEL – Skopje
has the full right to keep the product and / or service, and we do not refund.
If the buyer for any reason is not satisfied with the delivered product, he can
be replaced or returned in exchange for money within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Everything
it is necessary within 7 days, the buyer to send a signed statement that he gives up
purchase of the product, with a copy of the invoice and at its own expense, undamaged and unused
to send the product in the original packaging with its equipment and documentation with which
the product was originally shipped. The product must be originally packaged, as it would be

The right to exchange or return the products has in the following cases:
